Zafarullah (Zafar) is dynamic and energising presenter and trainer who is trained as a management consultant and a training facilitator. He is an International Speaker and Trainer who conducts training in Singapore, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, among other countries. He has more than 16 years of training in the corporate and management level.
He is a Champion Speaker with Toastmasters International (U.S.) winning numerous contests as the Best Speaker. He was the National Speech Champion (Humorous) in 2005 organised by People’s Association of Singapore.
Zafar is a Certified by American Board of NLP as a Neuro Linguistics Practitioner and Coach. He is a Certified Workplace Big-5 Personality Profile Consultant. He is a qualified trainer with the prestigious Chartered Management Institute (United Kingdom) for courses up to Level 5. He is a Professional Certified Consultant in Stress Management.
Zafar is a certified Industrial Trainer and holds the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessor (ACTA) to conduct Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) Approved trainings in lifeskills and employability skills related courses that include trainings on Customer service, Delivering Excellent Service, Personal Development and courses under Employability Skills System.
He specialises in communication and presentation skills, self-motivation, building positive attitude and bonding individuals into dynamic team players.
As a member of Toastmasters International, he is a mentor for new clubs and members.
He is an active volunteer and a member of the voluntary association, Apex Clubs of Singapore and has led the club as the President. Currently he sits in the Executive Committee with the Apex Day Care Centre. As a recognition to his contribution to education, he has been a committee member with the School Advisory Board at Ministry of Education (MOE) school. He very strongly believes in giving back to the society and to also helping the more deserving in our community and society.
As a caring and a compassionate person, he is well liked by participants and all. His academic qualification and vast experience in life gives him the ability and the edge in reaching out to all groups of people in a captivating and passionate manner.
