With critical deadlines, multiple and sometime conflicting priorities and with an avalanche of information to digest, many individuals in the workforce feel overwhelmed and disillusioned that can lead to feeling stressed. Being able to manage oneself and their time effectively is basic to managing individual and organisational performance.
