Eng Whye Teck is a corporate trainer, management consultant and writer in the areas of People Management, Creative Thinking and Service Excellence.
He has been conducting the Creative Thinking course for the BTech Dept of NUS for the last 12 years & Critical Thinking Course for CMD (Mindef) and Singapore Police Force for the last 6 years. Other organizations include Singapore Prison Service, NUS, Mindef (Intelligence), People’s Association, Total Oil, etc.
He holds a post-grad diploma in Business Administration from Brunel University (England) and a Masters degree from University of Manchester (England), graduating second in the course.
His articles on Creative Thinking, Customer Service and People Management, have been published in the Straits Times, Today’s Manager, Asian Printer, and the Winner’s Digest (IPHD, India). He is the author of the book entitled “The Thinking Skills You Need in Life But Weren’t Taught in School”.
His second book—Hell@Work—about People Management and Customer Service – published by Prentice Hall is available at all leading bookstores since Jan 2003.
He was an adjunct coach with the prestigious Centre of Creative Leadership and is certified for Benchmark©, Skilscope© and Change Style Indicator©.
