Dedication, enterprising, passion for learning and sharing are the best words to describe Muhammad Faruk.  

Having accomplished a Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate from Preston University, Faruk has learnt to  analyze his audience before imparting his knowledge.  

Faruk is an ACTA certified trainer, assessor and developer awarded by Singapore Workforce Development Agency  (WDA). He had facilitated various trainings and developments which includes WSQ courses as well as Marketing  courses for schools and wide range of organizations. Faruk conducted trainings for the following ATO’s &  Organizations such as Image International Singapore, Global Indian International School, Mustafa Centre, Prienze Pte.  Ltd., Ananda Bahavan, Neutonab Education Center Pte Ltd and SingTel. Being in a Customer Service profession, he  have conducted many Customer Service program as well as various courses including Initiative and Enterprise,  Problem Solving and Decision Making, Personal Effectiveness, Provide Go-Extra-Mile Service (GEMS) under the WSQ  Framework Program and LCCI International Qualification Level 2 Certificate in Marketing program.  

Apart from being interactive during the training program, his pleasant and friendly yet dynamic personality ensures  that every participant is able to demonstrate their learning capability to their finest.  

Faruk brings with him years of experience and have risen from an administrative role to Head of Customer Service in  the Aerospace Industry as well as MRO activities.  

Faruk education, exposure and involvement in different fields of endeavors made him a person with exemplified  knowledge and skills. He has participated in various Focus Team initiatives and has greater passion and hunger in  Customer Service, problem solving and process re-engineering. He has been trained in diverse improvement tools such  as KAIZEN, Mind Mapping, Achieve Competence Excellence (ACE), Business Practice Value Stream Mapping (VSM),  Continuous Improvement Team (CIT). His accomplishments are as follows: Faruk leads his Customer Support and  Marketing department in achieving the highest Gold award in ACE in the UTC organization framework and under his  leadership clinched a silver award during the National Innovation and Quality Circles (IQC). He is one of the pioneer of  Toastmaster Group in the Aviation organization and was appointed as President and raised to ‘S’ Division Area  Governor.  

Faruk strongly believes that learning is a lifelong and continuous improvement process. He was instrumental in  winning the “Lifelong Learning Awards 2007” for his organization awarded by his Excellency President S R Nathan  which was conducted by WDA, Media Corp, NTUC and Spring Singapore.  

Through his corporate experience and involvement in training industry he has gained respect, confidence and strength  in various aspects of work environment.  

Faruk strongly believes in giving back to the society and helping the less fortunate in achieving their hopes and  aspiration. He is a very positive thinker and has touched a battalion of people’s life by incorporating the positive  mindset. It is greatly manifested in his socio activities such as Chairman of Resident Committee Hougang Z6, member  of Citizen’s Consultative Committee of Hougang, Facilitator in Singapore Conversation and a participant in Pre-Budget  dialogues. Faruk was awarded The Public Service Medal (PBM) in 2017 by the President of Singapore. Faruk unique  strength is his exceptional ability to communicate with participants at all walks of life. Through his exposure in various  aspects of life, Faruk has made his interaction skills diversified and remarkable.
