Sanjeevan Balan (Jeev)

Trainer, Coach and Facilitator

I am a person of self-motivation and the drive to empower those 

who needs and wants to, through a keen interest in training, coaching and speaking. 

This desire to empower started after a traumatic incident which led to many physical injuries, including a fractured lumber spine in 2013. Nevertheless, I am determined not to give up on my fighting spirit and in the process learning to work towards empowering others and self towards personal success. 

I have also recently completed my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with Murdoch university and attained after my completion of diploma in counselling. I was blessed to receive Study Award 2017 from Mr. Tan Chuan Jin, Minister of Social and Family Development for the course mentioned, Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. 

I have been conducting trainings, coaching and facilitations since the year 2017 with the motivation and life skills field, an area of my interest.

I have also been a co-coach and facilitated workshops for students for both primary and secondary level with an approved certificate as an instructor with Ministry of Education. 

I have also worked with Health Promotion Board, Vivarach Enrichment Group, Minmed Pte Ltd, Onestop Academy Pte Ltd, Conversational Learning Pte Ltd, Capstone Consulting Pte Ltd, Electronics Made Easy Pte Ltd and Centre For Mindfulness Pte Ltd, conducting various life skills programs. 

I have also gained important skills from my previous employment like discipline and self-determination and orderliness from SPF (Singapore Police Force). 

Aside from being a Trainer, Coach and Facilitator , I am also a inclusion Ambassador (raising awareness and supporting inclusion) for Disabled People’s Association (DPA).

Knowing the importance and feeling the satisfaction of giving back to the society, I have been a active volunteer since 2015 doing community service both in Singapore and Malaysia. From these experiences, I have learnt a lot in contributing to the society and altering my vision in building a more inclusive, empathetic and empowering society.
