Stephen is an experienced management and training consultant. 

For the past 15 years, he has trained & helped executives, senior government officials and business leaders across Asia to improve their personal effectiveness and organizational business results through peak performance techniques and behavioral intervention. 

Areas covering strategic planning, leadership, and change management to personal validation, creative Innovation, value selling and differentiated customer service – essential workplace and business skills.

Stephen Tan holds a MBA, and has more than 15 years of extensive management & cross-border marketing experience. He has also served in various senior management positions in several prominent financial institutions. 

Besides being a certified training consultant with Worker Development Agency (WDA) and faculty for the MBA program of University of Nottingham Trend, Stephen is also an appointed faculty member for Asia-Pacific by the world-leading American Management Association (AMA), Canada Management Centre (CMC) and Management Center Europe (MCE).
